The problem

In Kochi, booking a barber or household help means scrolling WhatsApp groups, calling neighbours, or trusting unverified ads. Urban Company doesn't operate locally and the alternatives are slow, opaque, and English-only. People want vetted help in 30 minutes, not three days.

02 Section

What we built

A mobile-first service platform covering two verticals — Instant Help for household tasks and Grooming at Home for barbers and stylists. Customers book in a few taps and watch the provider arrive on a live map. Providers manage jobs, earnings, and KYC from their own app, while admins approve providers and run promos from a web console.
