01 Section

The problem

A school runs on a dozen tools that don't talk to each other — attendance registers, fee spreadsheets, exam sheets, WhatsApp groups, hand-drawn timetables. Admins, teachers, students, and parents each end up with a partial, messy view of the same school. And generic AI tutors don't know the syllabus a student is actually studying.

02 Section

What we built

Edmira is one platform that runs the whole school — and puts an AI copilot in every role's hands, grounded only in that school's own data and textbooks. Each school gets its own private space, and each person sees exactly what's theirs.

  • — Runs the whole school: admissions, attendance, exams, fees, homework, notices, messaging
  • — Builds clash-free timetables automatically, then lets you fine-tune by hand
  • — Four AI copilots — one each for admins, teachers, students, and parents
  • — Every answer grounded in the school's own syllabus and records
  • — Role-based dashboards, and a private, isolated workspace per school

The outcome

Live on the web and running with its first pilot schools. Edmira now covers the full arc of school operations — from admissions and attendance to exams, fees, and report cards — backed by a library of around 170 textbooks, including the complete Kerala state syllabus with 700+ chapters, that grounds its content and tutoring.
