How we work
From a fuzzy idea to a real product, in four moves.
4 phases · 1 team · 0 surprises
Discovery
We start by understanding the problem, the people, and what good looks like.
Design
Wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes — built to be tested, not just admired.
Engineering
Clean, typed, tested code. Boring tech where it matters and sharp tech where it counts.
Launch
Deploy, monitor, iterate. We stay until it works — and after, if you want us to.
About
An independent studio working in the friction — where two ideas refuse to merge cleanly, and something better gets built.
MergeConflict Studios was started after nine years of building software on other people's roadmaps. We wanted a place where the answer to "can we build this properly?" is always yes — and where shipping isn't a euphemism for compromise.
Ship, then refine.
A working v1 in production beats a perfect v1 in Figma every time.
Fewer abstractions.
We pick boring tech where it matters. Sharp tech only where it counts.
Stay until it works.
We don't disappear at handoff. We're around for the launch and the second one.
