01 Section

The problem

Indian K-12 students rely on rote tutoring and patchy connectivity. Cloud LLMs are too costly per query and irrelevant to state-board syllabi, leaving most learners without grounded, curriculum-accurate help between classes.

02 Section

What we built

A mobile tutor that runs entirely on the student's phone, so answers are instant, syllabus-aligned, and don't need a data plan or a subscription. The pilot covers Kerala Class 10 Physics end-to-end; Chemistry, Biology, and Maths are next.

  • — Runs entirely on-device — works without internet
  • — Trained on the verified state-board syllabus
  • — Pulls from textbook chapters for grounded answers
  • — Solves calculations directly, no second-guessing
  • — Mobile-native chat with full formula support
03 Section

The outcome

Seven Physics chapters shipped end-to-end, with a working mobile chat client live on Android.
